Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In medium bowl, add and sift almond flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In another medium bowl, add mozzarella and cream cheese. Melt ingredients in microwave or double-boiler method until smooth and velvety.

Using food processor, add melted cream cheese and mozzarella to almond mixture and then add eggs. Do not overmix.

Coat hands with avocado oil and form dough into large ball. Divide dough into 6 to 8 parts and shape into equal portions. Roll each portion into log and then combine both ends to form circle shape.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and avocado spray. Brush tops of bagels with egg wash or ghee butter, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning onto the dough and press seasoning gently so it sticks to dough.

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until bagels are golden. Remove from oven and allow bagels to cool.

Enjoy with cream cheese or fruit spread.
