  1. Thaw frozen cauliflower rice and squeeze out excess moisture using dish towel, cheesecloth or nut milk bag.
  2. In sauté pan over medium heat, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cauliflower rice. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add dill, parsley, spinach, lemon zest, lemon juice and additional tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
