Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Using electric mixer, whip cream in large bowl until soft peaks form, 1-3 minutes.
  2. Add honey, vanilla and salt. Gently whip to combine.
  3. Using a spatula, fold olive oil into ingredients, being careful not to overmix cream.
  4. Spoon cream into 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Cover and freeze until firm, at least six hours.
  6. To serve, top with fresh fruit and granola.
