Instructions
  1. In high-speed powered blender, whip coconut cream and honey until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin and continue blending followed by adding eggs, yolks and pie spice.
  3. Add coconut milk and blend.
  4. Pour into medium serving bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Serve in ramekins and sprinkle on your favorite toppings.
