Ingredients
Salad
  • 2 pouches albacore wild tuna 3 oz. each
  • 2 avocados halved and seeded
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
Dressing
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, combine dressing ingredients.
  2. Add in tuna and red bell pepper. Mix until well coated and combined.
  3. Drop ¼ cup tuna salad on top of each avocado half.
  4. Serve immediately.
