Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas cut into slices
Cream filling
Raw crust
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup dates pitted and soaked
  • Pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Blend together filling ingredients.
  2. In food processor, pulse together raw crust ingredients until small crumbles form.
  3. In one-cup containers, layer crust, banana slices and cream filling. Layer banana slices and cream twice more.
  4. Cover or store in airtight container; chill 2 to 4 hours.
