Vegan Banana Cream Pie Parfait
- 2 ripe bananas cut into slices
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ½ cup dates pitted and soaked
- Pinch salt
Blend together filling ingredients.
In food processor, pulse together raw crust ingredients until small crumbles form.
In one-cup containers, layer crust, banana slices and cream filling. Layer banana slices and cream twice more.
Cover or store in airtight container; chill 2 to 4 hours.
