Ingredients

Second layer
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
Topping
Instructions
  1. Line 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In mixing bowl, add all ingredients for bottom layer and mix until well combined. Press down into baking pan.
  3. In mixing bowl, add all ingredients for top layer and mix until well combined. Press down over bottom layer.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and press down.
  5. Freeze 2 hours and slice.
