Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • Flaky sea salt
  • 8 cups mixed greens or arugula
  • 3 oranges sliced
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • 1 cup cubed or crumbled feta cheese
Lime Tahini Vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. In small glass jar, add all dressing ingredients.
  2. Close jar and shake to combine.
  3. In large salad bowl, add greens and toss with vinaigrette.
  4. Add orange slices, avocado, cheese and toasted nuts.
