No burn if taken correctly,

"This is a strong oregano oil, and an excellent product. Those who complain about burning lips, try putting the drops under the tongue, and then wash down with a full glass of water, taking care to lift the tongue as the water is going down. If you try to dilute in water or juice, it won't work so well because it is an oil, so it won't mix and you will have droplets of oregano oil clinging to your mouth and throat, burning, not to mention that you will waste the amount of oil that clings to the glass you mixed it in. Try the wash down method, it works!"

"This is a very high quality oil at a great price. It is quite concentrated so diluted it with a little more olive oil as to actually be able to get it 'down'. Can't beat the price on this one"
