Sliced thin and sprinkled with spicy chipotle powder, baked radishes – rich in vitamin C, potassium, folate and fiber – make a healthy alternative to deep-fried crunchy spuds. With a cooking time of just 10 minutes, they’re the perfect anytime snack-attack solution.
