3 Healthy Fruit Ice Pop Recipes

Ingredients

Mango Ice Pops

1 ripe mango, peeled and cut
4 Tbsp. oat milk
1 tsp. chia seeds

2 kiwis, peeled and cut
2 Tbsp. oat milk
1 Tbsp. blue agave
1 tsp. chia seeds

Strawberry Ice Pops

5 fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp. oat milk
1 Tbsp. blue agave
1 tsp. chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except for chia seeds. Process until smooth.
  2. Stir in in chia seeds and pour mixture into ice pop molds.
  3. Place in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
