Time, money, energy — three things we all wish we had more of. Especially when it’s 7:15 a.m. on Monday morning, your body is begging for more sleep and your skin is in serious need of a day at the spa.
Fret not, my busy friends. There are a few fast and simple steps you can add to your daily beauty routine that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized and ready to face whatever’s in store!

Tip 1: Hydrate.
Why not start your day by pretending you’re at the spa? Simply toss a few crisp cucumber slices or lemon wedges (or both!) into a pitcher of ice water and sip your way to refreshment, hydrating your body and skin in the process.
Tip 2: Brush up.
Before you brush your teeth or hair, take a minute to brush your body. Doing so helps remove dead skin cells, reveal softer skin and may also help stimulate circulation throughout the body. Tip 3: Bye, bags!
Partying, studying, comforting your little ones’ – whatever your reason for staying up late, you want to banish those dark undereye bags, FAST! While you’re waiting for your morning coffee to brew, grab two caffeinated teabags, run ’em under warm water and apply to your undereye area to help draw out excess water and diminish the appearance of dark circles.
Tip 4: A little spritz.
Even if you don’t feel like you’re glowing from the inside, you can easily get that outward glow with a few spritzes of hydrating body mist. Spray lightly on your face, neck, arms and torso to moisturize and invigorate your skin from the outside in.
