Yields around 15 bites; serving size: 3 bites

Ingredients
1/2 cup pitted dates (about 9)
3/4 cup whole grain oats
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 cup pecans
5 scoops Reserveage™ Nutrition Collagen Replenish™ Powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Directions

1. In bowl, soak dates in warm water for around 30 minutes.

2. In food processor, pulse oats into fine powder. Add remaining ingredients, including dates, until combined. Place mixture in refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm enough to easily roll into balls.

3. Using your hands, roll mixture into 15 balls. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
