Chocolate-Chia Smoothie With Toasted Coconut
Ingredients
¼ cup coconut milk 
 ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
 ½ frozen banana
 2 tsp. chia seeds 
 1 tsp. coconut oil 
 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder 
 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
- In blender, combine all ingredients except shredded coconut; blend until smooth.
 - To toast coconut, place in pan over medium heat; warm for two minutes or until coconut starts to brown.
 - Mix toasted coconut into smoothie and/or sprinkle on top.
