These vegan-friendly, gluten-free Raw Cranberry Bliss Bites are living proof of just that. Enjoy them as dessert, or munch on a couple between meals to keep your energy up and a smile on your face.
Raw Cranberry Bliss Bites
Bites:
¾ cup pecans
 ½ cup almond butter
 ½ cup pitted dates
 ½ cup shredded coconut
 ¼ cup coconut butter
 ½ tsp. vanilla
 Dash of nutmeg
Toppings:
1 Tbsp. pistachios, chopped
 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries, roughly chopped
 1-2 Tbsp. mini dark chocolate chips
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, mix together all ingredients (except toppings) until well-combined.
 - Form mixture into balls and chill for 30 minutes.
 - Roll balls into chopped pistachios, cranberries and chocolate chips.
