A cross between snow peas and garden peas, sugar snaps are a delightfully crunchy addition to stir-frys, Asian salads and light summer pastas. Rarely are these pods redeemed for their ability to stand alone as a five-star side dish, but they can…and should! All it takes is a drizzle of complementary sesame seasoning, and you have a vibrant green salad that’s a “snap” to throw together.
