
Kacie Harrington
Kacie Harrington is a nutritionist, NASM certified personal trainer, spinning instructor, avid athlete and aspiring chef. She started her own wellness company three years ago, embracing a “no limits” approach to training, believing that when body, mind and spirit are aligned, dreams and goals become reality. Kacie coaches outdoor FITtcamp, virtual bootcamps and does one-on-one personal training and nutrition consulting. She also competes in triathlons and running events ranging from 5K to 50K. Kacie just completed what she considers her biggest accomplishment to date, a full Ironman race, including a 2.4 mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and 26.2-mile run.
