Tru Table

Founded by PGA Tour player Freddie Jacobson and South Florida chef, Scot Elmore, Tru Table brings the first protein-enriched dressing to the market. Scot’s salads were famous among the members of the Medalist Golf Community, and PGA Tour player and entrepreneur, Freddie Jacobson, was a devotee. When asked about the salads, Scot revealed that it was the dressing that added the magic element. They began to talk about how they could deliver amazing taste but in a product that would also deliver equally impressive health benefits. Scot went to work formulating protein-enriched dressings and dips and Tru Table was born.
