Banana Latte Smoothie

Your mission: Breathe life into a browning banana. Should you choose to accept it, you’ll benefit from a full-body boost. The latte-style smoothie recipe calls for room-temperature coffee, which could be freshly brewed. However, leftovers work just as well. The less food you waste, the better! And after slurping down this protein pick-me-up, you certainly won’t be wasting time. Every mission you have can now be accomplished.

Banana Latte Smoothie

1 ripe banana
½ cup ice
1 scoop Viva Vanilla Vega® Protein Smoothie
¾ cup coffee, room temperature or cold
¼ cup almond milk

Directions: In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients in the order listed above. Process until smooth.

Note: if using a frozen banana, omit ice.
