Blueberry Lemon Tart Smoothie

Vegan Smoothie Recipe: Blueberry Lemon Tart


1 serving Vega One Organic All-In-One French Vanilla Nutritional Shake
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice (omit if using frozen blueberries)
1/2 cup spinach (optional)

Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
