Breakfast Quinoa with Hemp Milk

Get a super-start to your day by eating a super-food-packed breakfast, starring quinoa, chia, berries and hemp milk. The combination of smooth and nutty textures and sweet and tart flavors will make each bite an adventure!

Breakfast Quinoa with Hemp Milk

1 cup cooked  quinoa
2 Tbsp. chia  seeds (or flax if you prefer)
1 Tbsp. almonds
5 Tbsp. combination dried fruits (chopped blueberries,  apricots,  cranberries,  figs, and/or  raisins)
1 tsp.  cinnamon
1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups hemp milk (almond milk also works well)
1 Tbsp. natural sweetener of choice (raw honey  ,  maple syrup,  agave)


Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over low to medium heat until quinoa has absorbed all of the liquid.
