Chipotle Avocado Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg. Simply Organic Chipotle Black Bean Dip Mix
1/2 cup warm water
2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced or mashed
Mixed veggies: celery, carrots, cucumber, yellow, orange and red bell peppers

Directions
1. In medium saucepan, combine water and bean dip mix. Bring to a simmer, cover, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
2. Stir in avocado and place in refrigerator to chill. Chop veggies into sticks.
3. Transfer dip to serving bowl and top with sour cream. Serve with vegetables for dipping!
