Chocolate & Chia Protein Pudding

After a killer sweat session, your muscles need carbs, protein and healthy fats to jump-start the rebuilding process…but, drinking your nutrients isn’t always the most satisfying. Give your body and your taste buds something to look forward to with this dessert-worthy protein pudding.

Chocolate & Chia Protein Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 Tbsp. chocolate almond butter
1 Tbsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Directions: Mix yogurt and protein powder together until well blended, sprinkle coconut flakes and chia seeds on top and drizzle with the syrup. Finish it off with two spoonfuls of almond butter and voila!
