If you’re looking for a thin, thirst-quenching smoothie that slides down easy for quick hydration—keep browsing. This thick-and-creamy concoction is more of an indulgent dessert, as spoonable as it is sippable (you might want to skip the straw!) and overflowing with rich, chocolaty flavor and coconut crave-ability. The secret to whipping up a smoothie with ice cream-like texture? Freeze the banana first, use the top layer from your can of coconut milk and sprinkle in some naturally expanding chia seeds.
