When it comes to ice cream, those avoiding dairy have many options. Bananas, avocados, coconut, nut milks and nut butters can all create a creamy consistency reminiscent of the frozen dairy dessert. Two of the most popular alternatives, bananas and coconut cream, come together with cardamom, vanilla and cinnamon to bring you an icy treat so thick, velvety and tasty, you’ll forget all about the original.
