Coconut Manna & Peanut Butter Shake

But have you ever tried coconut manna? A buttery textured, heavenly tasting spread made from dried coconut flesh, manna can be used like butter for baking, cream cheese for spreading or swirled into a smoothie or shake – like this one! – for a smooth, velvety sip. Combined with cashew milk, light peanut butter powder and healthy chia seeds, it’s your new coconut obsession waiting to happen!

Coconut Manna & Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. coconut manna
1-1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter powder
1-2 tsp. chia seeds
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
Ice

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix peanut butter powder and coconut manna with 1-2 Tbsp. of hot water to break down the coconut. After coconut has been broken up, add cashew milk and ice to the bowl,
  2. Pour mixture into your blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stir in chia seeds.
