Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter softened
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. shallot minced
- 1 orange zest and juice
- 1/2 jalapeño minced
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro minced
Instructions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Use fork to mash butter and mix until well incorporated.

Lay out large piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and place butter in middle. With spatula or spoon, roughly lengthen and shape butter into thick log shape, fold one side of parchment or plastic wrap over butter and begin rolling until tight. (Note: Rolling against counter or cutting board will create smooth sides and even shape.)

Place in freezer for 30 minutes or refrigerate at least 2 hours to harden prior to slicing.
