Many moons ago, when I was in college, I worked at the student health center, specifically, in the health education department. My job was to stock the pamphlet holders, change the bulletin board info, and last but not least, keep the free condom fishbowl filled. Being that I’m a big proponent of a healthy approach to sex in every aspect of life, I prided myself on making these awesome instruments of safe sex available to my peers.

Condoms remain a practical and effective form of birth control and one of the best ways to prevent the spread of STDs. In case you’re not up-to-date on all of the latest condom fashion, they come in a variety of sizes, a rainbow of colors, and an array of flavors. Condoms aren’t an interruption to your love making. They are a wonderful way to have fun with the exhilarating feeling of knowing that you are protecting you and your man.

Sure, we joke about condoms being “ribbed for her pleasure,” but the honest truth is they ARE ribbed for your pleasure. And that is awesome! The Rough Rider Studded condoms are studded along the length of the condom to increase stimulation.

On the opposite end of the spectrum are condoms so thin you’ll hardly know he’s wearing one at all. Try the Trojan Sensitivity UltraThin condoms. Made with thinner latex than a standard condom and coated with premium lubricant, these condoms are designed to feel as natural as possible.

You can work condoms into a fun part of your foreplay, as well. Flavored condoms, like the LifeStyles Flavors and Colors pack, not only protect you and your partner during oral sex but make practicing safe sex a delicious part of your erotic adventures. There’s also the infamous glow-in the dark condom. Global Protection Night Light condoms come in a convenient three-pack and give a quirky and kinky edge to your nighttime activities.

Make it easy on yourself and keep at least one condom with you at all times, so you’re never inclined to tempt Fate. A simple, discreet carrying case like the Radius condom case is perfect for your purse or overnight bag. You can even set up AutoShip at Vitacost.com  to make sure your stash never runs low. Stay prepared, stay safe and stay sexy, Bombshells!
