Cranberry Apple Crisp

If crust or crumble toppings are your favorite part of baked apple desserts, you’re going to love this Cranberry Apple Crisp. It’s covered with crispy-chewy whole-grain clusters, laced with bits of dried cranberry and crunchy walnuts. Serve warm with honey or Greek yogurt as a healthy dessert or unexpected breakfast treat.

Healthy Gluten-Free Apple Crisp
This simple dessert is topped with gluten-free cranberry granola crumble.

Cranberry Apple  Crisp

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 cups Udi’s Natural Artisan Cranberry Granola
4 Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp. honey  
Non-stick spray

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, combine granola, apples and cinnamon; toss gently to combine. Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish.

3. Bake for 20 minutes or until apples are tender.

4. Remove from oven; serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt and honey.
