Creamy Caper Dressing

Serves 2

Ingredients

2-1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Juice of one lemon
2 tsp. capers
2 tsp. Dijon mustard (no salt) or 2 tsp. ground mustard powder
1 clove garlic, diced
2 green onions
Black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until creamy.
