And when it comes to satisfying cravings, we’re especially fond of the color green! Veggies like lettuce and kale add fiber and thickness to a smoothie, while raw honey and almond milk serve up just the right amount of sweetness.
Easy Green Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup of baby spinach leaves
1 Tbsp. raw honey
1 ripe banana
1 tsp. spirulina powder
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
Optional: ice
Combine all ingredients in blender (liquids first) and blend until smooth.
