You’ve heard of, and probably tried, dozens of ways to use apple cider vinegar. Here’s another to add to your list! Mix a few tablespoons of ACV with some spiced cider to give ordinary baked chicken a refreshingly tangy and healthy twist. This recipe takes just five minutes to prep and 30 minutes to cook, putting a tasty, nutritious dinner on the table in no time.
Easy Apple Cider Chicken

Serves 4-6
Ingredients
4 to 6 chicken breast filets (about 2 lbs.), boneless and skinless
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1-1/2 cups spiced apple cider
½ cup chicken broth
Herbal seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place chicken filets in casserole dish; sprinkle with herbal seasoning.
3. In small bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, apple cider and chicken broth. Pour over chicken filets.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
