Follow this simple recipe and you’ll end up with six individual pizzas as elegant as the ones served at your favorite gourmet bistro. Made with a creamy spinach sauce, these white pizzas are layered high with veggies, spices and herbs. Looking for more? Feel free to dress your pies up as you see fit by adding your favorite veggies such as peppers, zucchini and broccoli.
6 5-in. pizza crusts
1 pkg. Simply Organic Spinach Dip Mix
1-1/2 cups Greek yogurt
4 oz. feta cheese
2 oz. sliced black or Kalamata olives
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced red onions
1-1/2 tsp. fresh peppermint or basil leaves (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano leaf
1. Prepare pizza crusts according to package directions. Set aside (keep oven on).
2. In medium bowl, combine yogurt and spinach dip mix.
3. Spread mixture on prepared crusts. Sprinkle each crust evenly with feta, olives, tomatoes, onions and peppermint leaves.
4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until crusts are golden brown. Sprinkle with oregano and serve.
