Easy Lemon-Blueberry Overnight Oats
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats or oat bran
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp. chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Juice of ½ a lemon
Blueberries
Optional: stevia to taste
Directions
1. Mix together oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder and lemon juice.
2. Add to jar, layering with blueberries.
3. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold.
