Elvis Presley Protein Bars
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Flour
½ cup oat flour
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar
2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp. dark chocolate coconut butter
Directions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add banana slices and stir until combined.
- Microwave Quest bar for 15 seconds, and then mash melted bar into the mixture.
- Stir in peanut butter and coconut butter, continue to mash and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Scoop mixture into prepared loaf pan, spreading out evenly. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set and harden.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
