Like overnight oats – minus the heavy grains – it’s prepped the night before, with fresh berries, raw nuts, chia seeds and honey swirled together for a chewy, naturally sweet, satisfying start to your day.

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk (or nut milk of choice)
1 Tbsp. raw walnuts
3 Tbsp. organic chia seeds
1 Tbsp. goji berries
1 Tbsp. honey 
1/3 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)


Directions

  1. In glass jar, combine all ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, stir mixture. Screw on lid and refrigerate pudding overnight.
  3. If desired, serve pudding with additional, fresh berries.
