Gifts for Your Guy (and Something for You, Too!)

This time of year, gift giving can get a little monotonous. You’re pretty sure your sweetie doesn’t want another pair of socks, and although you’d love something sparkly under the tree, it’s just not in the budget this year. What’s a Bombshell to do? It’s time to get creative with your gift giving this holiday season.

Even the manliest of men has to shower and shave. Put together a collection of natural products for your man that will keep him feeling fresh and clean and looking as dapper as Don Draper. Aubrey Organics has face scrubs, shaving creams, and aftershave in both lotion and balm, all available in three delectable scents that will make it hard for you to keep your hands off of his stubble-free face.

If you’re harboring some guilt (and a little extra weight) from indulging in a few too many holiday treats, get yourself back on track; the Atkins Diet always works for me. A more natural option, if sugar alcohols aren’t kind to your stomach, is Almased, a German diet product that is made from soy, yogurt and honey.

Maybe you’re just frazzled from all of the hustle and bustle of the season. Give your hubby a not-so-subtle hint by leaving him a basket he can fill with a list of all your favorite pampering products available from Vitacost.com. If you’re looking for something new, indulge in the fabulous CSI products, all formulated to be gentle but effective, all hypoallergenic and paraben-free. Try their Rose Hip Facial Cleanser, Super Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream, Multipeptide Anti-wrinkle Serum, and CoQ10 Toner to rejuvenate your skin and reward yourself for a holiday season well handled.

And make a thoughtful gift for both of you to enjoy as well. Pop a little hand written note under the tree promising to make a little time for each other. Whether you put together a plan for a night of romance and seduction with a sweet almond scented full body massage or turn down the lights for couples’ bubble bath surrounded by aromatherapy candles, you need to remember to relax and reconnect after all of the craziness has settled down and you’re routine is back to normal.
