If you have a soft spot for peanut butter cookies, but would rather not rack up an extra 15 grams of fat, try this recipe for Glazed Peanut Butter Honey-Oat Cookies. They’re made with powdered peanut butter, which has 85% less fat and fewer calories than the traditional spread.

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup honey
½ cup butter (softened)
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. powdered peanut butter
3 Tbsp. water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
Glaze
3 Tbsp. powdered peanut butter
2 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla soymilk
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375â°F. For cookies, mix together powdered peanut butter and water. In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter mixture, butter, honey, vanilla and egg; beat until creamy. Slowly blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Use wooden spoon to stir in oats. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet; bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
For glaze, mix powdered butter with water. Use whisk to blend in remaining ingredients. Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies.
