We Vitamoms were intrigued by this article in The Wellness Times, “Busting the Mommy Brain Myth.” Because honestly, how often have we heard a mom say, “Oops, sorry, I forgot to RSVP to your kids’ party! We like this article’s take on the topic! Life gets messy when you become a mom–but that doesn’t mean you lose your edge. Oh wait, what were we talking about again?(Just kidding!)
So what do you think? Do you think “Mommy Brain” is a myth–or do you feel like you’ve gotten smarter, more compassionate, more interesting and more fabulous since you’ve become a mother? And isn’t being able to find your keys a kind of over-rated skill, anyway??
