Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans chopped
  • 6 large carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp. avocado oil or enough to cover pan & veggies
  • 1/4 cup spicy coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp. furikake sesame seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In medium-large skillet over medium heat, add oil and green onion.
  2. Add green beans, carrots, coconut aminos, furikake seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Turn veggies until golden-brown or consistency of your choosing.

Recipe Notes

  • Try rainbow carrots for extra color.
  • If you don't like too much spice, use regular coconut aminos.
