Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches cut in half
- Fresh mint can use basil
Vanilla Cashew Cream
- 2 cups raw cashews soaked overnight
- 1-2 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch pure stevia or tiny drop of liquid stevia
- 1 cup water
Instructions

Drain and rinse soaked cashews. In high-speed blender or food processor, combine all cashew cream ingredients and process to smooth. Transfer to airtight contain and refrigerate until ready to use.
