Celery. If the only time you see celery involves a plate of chicken wings, listen up. Celery is actually rich in vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin C (an important antioxidant) as well as folate and potassium. The tender, white stalks in the center known as “celery hearts” are especially nutritious. Add raw celery to your salad or consider using cream of celery soup as a base for your favorite dish.

Safflower oil. According to a recent study, safflower oil may have an effect on fat storage and weight management. It certainly sounds promising, but further research is required to investigate the possibilities.

Not:

Third-hand smoke. You’ve heard of second-hand smoke and how dangerous it can be to innocent bystanders – but what is third-hand smoke? It’s the residual stuff that lingers on clothes, hair, furniture and other objects long after a cigarette has been put out. Third-hand smoke carries the same health risks as the smoke itself – including exposure to toxic chemicals.
