- 2 cups bow tie or tube shaped pasta cooked
- 3 cups cooked shredded/chopped chicken
- ¾ tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-¼ cups 2% Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups baby spinach rinsed, drained and dried thoroughly
- ½ medium shallot minced
