Ingredients
2 cups cashews, soaked overnight and drained
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. chili powder
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Pinch sea salt
Directions
- In high-speed blender, mix ingredients into a cream-cheese-like consistency.
- Scoop into a small ramekin dish and top with dill and pepper.
- Alternatively, you can shape mixture into ball and roll into dill to make cheese ball.
