Rather than eating a bland, dry plate of greens, try this flavorful combination of oil, vinegar, herbs and Dijon mustard for a light, silky topping that you’ll want to douse all over your entire plate.
Herbalicious Red Wine Vinaigrette
Ingredients
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tsp. oregano
Fresh basil
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a covered jar or bottle, mix or shake all ingredients to combine.
- Pour over a plate of greens or vegetables.
