Holiday Breakfast Italian Egg Bake

Italian Egg Bake with Bell Peppers for Holiday Brunch |

8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. Simply Organic Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and Italian dressing mix and whisk well.
3. Add cheese and vegetables, stirring to combine. 
4. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until center is firm.
