Homemade Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

¼ cup chia seeds
3 cups fresh blueberries
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup agave nectar

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook berries and agave for about 5 minutes, until the berries burst.
  2. Add chia and cook for 15 minutes, stirring almost constantly, until mixture is very thick.
  3. Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla.
  4. Store refrigerated in airtight container for up to one week.
