Homemade Blueberry Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
3 cups fresh blueberries
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup agave nectar
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook berries and agave for about 5 minutes, until the berries burst.
- Add chia and cook for 15 minutes, stirring almost constantly, until mixture is very thick.
- Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla.
- Store refrigerated in airtight container for up to one week.
