But there’s a way to enjoy these tiny treasures of nutrition you might have not yet considered. With a good old fashioned coffee grinder, you can crush chia seeds into a fine, powdered flour that can be used as a gluten-free substitute in all your favorite recipes.

Place chia seeds in coffee grinder; grind into a powder.
