Homemade Vanilla Hemp Milk
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
6-8 deglet dates
1 cup hemp seeds
4 cups water
½ tsp. vanilla extract or 1 whole vanilla bean
Directions
- In a high-speed blender, add dates, hemp seeds, water and vanilla extract. Process on high for about 30 seconds.
- Pour milk into a container and store in the fridge for up to five days. Shake or stir before serving if separation occurs.
